About "Jump-Starting America":



The war on drugs is an expensive and useless failure.  Let's make drugs available in a regulated way to addicts, at low cost, to put drug dealers out of business and
stop filling our jails with addicts who need help, not jail.  Let's replace government schools with community-run non-profit schools, and get people through college before
age 20 so they can earn a good living & start families way before age 40!  Community-run health care should replace insurance and government-run health care. Learn about the Community Health Association Plan "CHAP"! Let's improve our personal environment, take better care of ourselves, our families, friends, and neighbors.  Let's
learn how to have loving relationships, with ourselves, our romantic partner, and our families, that really work!  These issues are all manageable by all of us at the
grass-roots.  If we wait for government or others to solve our problems, we will wait forever.  Let's do it!
